Breanna always does a fantastic job cleaning our house, especially since we have two dogs and she goes out of her way to insure that all the dog hair is cleaned up on top and underneath all the carpet throw rugs and uses wood floor cleaning products that I suggest…..trying to keep up with cleaning the dog hair is a never ending task, but she does such a good job that I can rest for a few days. She cleans the base boards and any extra items we may need cleaning. She is so personable and is always smiling , in a good mood. She does such a great cleaning job, she deserves 10 stars.

Yes, if it is part of the living space. Finished lower levels with a family room, bathroom, or laundry area are included in our move cleanings. Tell us how the basement is set up and whether there is a second bathroom so we can plan the right amount of time.
Yes. Many sellers have their agent handle access and timing, especially if they have already moved away. Share your agent’s contact information and any lockbox code with our office, and we will coordinate directly so the house is clean before photos or the final walk-through.
It gives you a strong chance. Landlords focus on kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and appliances, and our move-out cleaning covers each of those, including the inside of the oven and fridge. We cannot repair damage or decide for your landlord, but cleaning will not be a reason for deductions.
