Going Deeper in an Ellisville Home
Family homes collect a specific kind of grime. Fingerprints at kid height on every door, crumbs that worked their way under the couch cushions and behind the fridge, soap scum on the kids’ bathtub, and a layer of dust on ceiling fans that spin all summer. A regular cleaning keeps life manageable, but it does not get underneath those layers.
Our deep cleaning does. The team spends extra time on the details by hand: baseboards, door frames, switches, vents, light fixtures, and blinds, plus inside the fridge, oven, and microwave and the floors behind furniture we can move. Bathrooms get grout and fixtures descaled. Expect it to take noticeably longer than a standard visit, because it is meant to bring the house back to a true baseline. For a look at the full range of services we offer locally, see our house cleaning in Ellisville page. Let us know which rooms worry you most, and we will make them the priority.

Ellisville Deep Cleaning Checklist
These detail tasks are the heart of a deep clean and go well beyond a standard visit. We adjust the list for your home, so speak up about problem spots when you book.
A deep clean is the best launch point for ongoing service. Many Ellisville families switch to recurring house cleaning right after, so the house never slips back. Interior windows are available through our add-on services if you want them done the same day.

Reasons Ellisville Families Book a Deep Clean
End of summer break
Three months of kids home, friends over, and popsicles in the family room leave their mark. A deep clean in August resets the house before the school routine starts again.
New baby on the way
Expecting parents often want the whole house detailed before the baby comes home. We clean vents, floors, and bathrooms thoroughly so you can focus on getting ready.
After a basement remodel
Turning the basement into a rec room or guest suite creates dust that drifts upstairs. A deep clean afterward catches it on ledges, vents, and floors throughout.
Selling a family home
Before listing photos, a deep clean makes bathrooms, kitchens, and trim look their best, even with furniture still in place. Buyers and their agents notice the difference.
Deep Cleaning Around Ellisville
Ellisville’s housing is mostly established, with many homes dating from the seventies through the nineties. Those decades bring their own deep-cleaning needs: wood trim and six-panel doors that catch dust, popcorn or textured ceilings above fans, tile surrounds in original bathrooms, and builder kitchens with range hoods that have not been degreased in a while. Our teams know these details and plan time for them.
We do deep cleans in Ridgewood Estates, Ellisville Commons, and the Kehrs Mill area, as well as homes near the Clarkson Valley border. Late summer and the weeks before the holidays book quickly here, as they do across West County. We also take care of deep cleans in Manchester and Chesterfield, which helps if you are planning a reset for a relative’s house too. Mention any special requests, such as eco-friendly products, when you call.

Ellisville Deep Cleaning FAQs
Yes. We scrub tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets and descale the tile, grout lines, and faucet fixtures. Older grout can be stained deep in the surface, so results vary, but most bathrooms look noticeably brighter after one visit. Tell us which bathroom needs the most help and we will give it extra time.
Spot-cleaning walls and scuff marks is part of our deep clean. Many marks from little hands come off with care, though some flat paints do not hold up to scrubbing, so we test gently first. We wipe doors, door frames, and switches, where most fingerprints end up.
A regular visit maintains the house with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and kitchen and bathroom cleaning. A deep clean adds hand detailing on baseboards, vents, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and grout, includes the inside of the fridge, oven, and microwave, and reaches behind movable furniture. It is longer and done less often.
It is up to you. Some clients stay to point out priorities at the start and then head out. Others leave a key or code and come home to a finished house. If you are there, we only ask that kids and pets stay out of the room being cleaned.
We clean ceiling fans we can reach safely with our tools and a step stool. Very high fans in a two-story room may require tall-ladder work, which we do not offer. We will look at your space during the quote and let you know what we can include.
A week or two is usually enough, but for late summer, the weeks before Thanksgiving, and December, earlier is better. Call the office Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm, or start with an instant online estimate, and we will find a date. If your date is flexible, mention it, since that opens up more options.
Yes. Our deep clean includes cleaning inside and outside the fridge, oven, and microwave and degreasing the stove hood and hardware. Emptying the fridge before we arrive helps the team clean every shelf. Let us know if you have a self-cleaning oven setting you prefer we skip.
No. We clean and descale bathroom surfaces, but mold remediation needs a specialist. If you see recurring dark spots in a basement or bathroom, we recommend having it checked. Power washing, exterior cleaning, and tall-ladder work are also outside what we offer. Inside the living space, we are glad to tackle the rest.
