Yes. Many sellers have their agent handle access and timing before photos or the final walk-through. Share their contact details and any lockbox code with our office, and we will coordinate directly so the house is clean when it needs to be. We can also confirm when the work is finished.
It gives you a strong chance. Landlords focus on appliances, bathrooms, and floors, and our move-out cleaning covers each one, including the inside of the oven and fridge. Damage repairs and the landlord’s final call are outside our control, yet a professional clean removes dirt as an excuse for deductions.
