Empty Home Cleaning in Richmond Heights
Richmond Heights sees plenty of moves. Young professionals rent close to Clayton, couples buy their first brick home, and longtime residents sell to a new generation. Whatever the reason, empty rooms show every bit of dust on the trim, every smudge on a light switch, and every crumb behind the stove. Our move cleaning works through the whole house once the furniture is out, so the next people move into something that feels fresh and cared for, right down to the closet corners.
For a move-out, the kitchen work includes inside the oven, fridge, and microwave, which landlords and buyers check right away. For a move-in, we clean inside the microwave, and you can add the oven and fridge interiors when you book. We clean from top to bottom so dust from fans and shelves never lands on clean floors. When you are settled, our house cleaning in Richmond Heights page covers ongoing help.

Move Cleaning Tasks in Richmond Heights
A move cleaning focuses on everything an empty home reveals. Here is what we usually cover, adjusted for your timeline and the condition of the house.
Move-outs always include inside the oven and fridge, and move-ins can add both. If you are not moving but want a thorough reset with your furniture in place, a deep cleaning covers much of the same detail.

Richmond Heights Moves We Clean For
Renters near Clayton
Many tenants rent here for the short commute. A move-out cleaning at the end of a lease helps protect your deposit by covering appliances, bathrooms, and floors.
First-time buyers
Buying your first brick home is exciting. A move-in clean before your furniture arrives means you can unpack into fresh closets and a kitchen you trust.
Sellers preparing to list
Empty rooms in a compact home show everything. A cleaning before listing photos and showings helps the house present well to buyers. It also takes one big job off a busy moving week.
Landlords between tenants
Owners of rental homes and duplexes book us to turn a unit around quickly. We clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors so it is ready to show and rent.
Moving Around The Heights and Richmond Terrace
Many homes in The Heights, Richmond Terrace, and the Hampton Park area are compact brick houses with a basement, one or two bathrooms, and hardwood throughout. Once empty, they clean up efficiently, though older tile and plenty of trim take careful work. Condos and duplexes near the Big Bend corridor and the Maplewood border area are also common, and building access or shared entries are part of the plan.
Street parking is the norm on many blocks, which matters on moving day when trucks take up space. Let us know where the team can park and how to get in. Sellers who have already left can arrange access through an agent or a lockbox. We also clean empty homes in nearby Brentwood and Rock Hill, which is handy when you are moving a few minutes down the road. One call can cover both ends of the move.

Richmond Heights Clients on Their Move Cleanings
Danielle and Liann were wonderful. I needed help after a move into a new home and an unforseen illness. They cleaned everything so thoroughly and were so pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Also, Susie whom I spoke to on the phone, was so helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my needs.

We had Danielle and Faith come in for a moving clean and couldn’t be more happy with the result. They got the place looking brand new with high attention to detail. They worked magic on the problem areas in the home, we’re professional, prompt, thorough, and friendly. They made the experience so lovely we’re looking into monthly recurring cleans with TL&AB! We’ll be recommending them to everyone.

Richmond Heights Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning FAQs
A thorough move-out cleaning covers the areas landlords check most: inside the oven, fridge, and microwave, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, and closet shelves. We cannot speak for your landlord, but a clean home makes the final walk-through much easier. Booking a day before your inspection leaves room for any touch-ups.
On move-ins, the microwave interior is included, and inside the oven and fridge are available as add-ons. On move-outs, all three are included. If the appliances are staying with the home, adding them before you stock the kitchen is usually worth it. Just mention it when you book.
Yes. Landlords and property managers book us to turn over units. We clean kitchens including inside the appliances, scrub bathrooms, dust fans and vents, and clean closet shelves and floors. We can coordinate access with your property manager and send a note when we finish.
If it is a finished space or a basic laundry area, yes. We dust, wipe the outside of the washer and dryer, clean the utility sink, and mop. Unfinished storage areas with heavy debris or belongings left behind are outside a standard move cleaning. Describe the space when booking and we will tell you honestly what fits.
Most clients give us a lockbox code, door code, or a key through their agent or property manager. Let us know about parking and which door to use. We will let you know when the job is done and how we left the keys. Those details go into the booking so the visit runs smoothly.
Sometimes. End of month is busy for apartment and rental moves, so earlier is better. Call the office during business hours, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, and we will check availability. We will do our best to fit you in. If we cannot, we will say so right away.
Yes. We wipe closet shelves and rods, dust baseboards and door frames, and vacuum or mop closet floors. Older homes often have small, deep closets, and we make sure the corners are reached. Interior glass on closet doors and mirrors is cleaned as well, so every closet is ready for your things.
Our Free Up Your Time guarantee applies. If something was missed, call within 48 hours and we will return to make it right. Booking the cleaning a day or two before closing gives time to handle anything before the keys change hands. It is one less thing to worry about on closing day.
