Empty-House Cleaning for Webster Groves Moves
Moving out of a big Webster Groves house is a huge job. There are three floors to empty, a basement, maybe a detached garage, and decades of memories to pack. By the time the truck pulls away, cleaning is the last thing anyone wants to face. Our move cleaning takes it off your plate, working through every floor of the empty home so the next family walks into a house that feels cared for. You get to spend that last evening saying goodbye to the place instead of scrubbing it.
We clean for both sides of a move: sellers before closing, buyers before unpacking, renters ending a lease, and families settling an estate. Inside the oven and fridge are included in move-out cleanings and can be added to move-in cleanings. If you are staying in town and want ongoing help, visit our Webster Groves house cleaning page or start with an instant online estimate.

Inside the oven and fridge are included for move-out and available as an add-on for move-in. If you are not moving but your Webster Groves home needs a full catch-up with furniture in place, a deep cleaning covers much of the same detail.

Webster Groves Moves We Clean For
Selling a family home
Many Webster Groves sellers have lived in their homes for years. A move-out cleaning after the movers leave helps the house show well at the final walk-through and gives the buyers a good start.
Buying an older home
Buyers of historic Webster Groves homes want every floor, closet, and bathroom cleaned before they unpack. A move-in cleaning makes the first days in an older house far more comfortable.
Settling an estate
Families preparing a parent’s home for sale often live out of town. Once belongings are removed, we coordinate access and clean so the house is ready to list or close.
Renters ending a lease
Webster Groves has apartments and rental homes near Old Webster. A move-out cleaning covers appliances, bathrooms, floors, and baseboards that landlords check before returning deposits.
Moving Into or Out of Webster Groves
Webster Groves moves often involve older, multi-story homes in Old Webster, Webster Park, or Tuxedo Park, with deep closets, multiple staircases, and original tile baths. Once empty, these houses reveal years of dust along trim and baseboards and in every closet corner. We plan our team size for multi-floor homes so the cleaning gets done in one visit whenever possible. Older radiators, built-ins, and deep window sills all get wiped down along the way.
Spring and summer are the busiest moving months here, especially for families hoping to settle in before the school year. Call the office early with your target date. We will hold it and adjust it with you if the closing changes. Many people moving to Webster Groves are coming from nearby Maplewood or Kirkwood, and we can clean both homes, often on back to back days.

Webster Groves Clients on Their Move Cleaning
Danielle and Liann were wonderful. I needed help after a move into a new home and an unforseen illness. They cleaned everything so thoroughly and were so pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Also, Susie whom I spoke to on the phone, was so helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my needs.

We had Danielle and Faith come in for a moving clean and couldn’t be more happy with the result. They got the place looking brand new with high attention to detail. They worked magic on the problem areas in the home, we’re professional, prompt, thorough, and friendly. They made the experience so lovely we’re looking into monthly recurring cleans with TL&AB! We’ll be recommending them to everyone.

Webster Groves Move-In and Move-Out FAQs
Yes. We clean every finished floor, including the attic room, the main floor, bedrooms, bathrooms, and both staircases if the house has them. Unfinished attics and basements are not part of the standard list. Let us know the layout when you book so we can plan enough time.
Yes. We often help families handling a parent’s home from a distance. We can arrange access through a lockbox, neighbor, or real estate agent, and the office will keep you updated by phone or email as the work is done. Belongings should be removed before the cleaning so we can reach every surface.
On a move-in, inside the oven and fridge are available as add-ons, while appliance exteriors and the inside of the microwave are included. On a move-out, all three appliances are cleaned inside and out. Many buyers add the fridge so they can stock it right away.
A large multi-story home with several bathrooms can take most of a day, depending on condition. For bigger homes we often add team members so the work wraps up the same day. Your estimate will include a time range so you can plan the walk-through and closing.
Yes. We dust and wipe shelves, walls, and floors in closets throughout the house, including under-stair closets common in older homes. These spaces collect a lot of dust over the years. If a closet has special features or fragile items left behind, let us know.
A thorough move-out cleaning covers the areas landlords usually check: appliances inside and out, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, and scuffs. We cannot promise what a landlord will decide, but if anything on our checklist was missed, call within 48 hours and we will return to make it right.
No. Our move cleaning focuses on interior living spaces, the kitchen, and bathrooms. We do not clean porches, garages, or exteriors, and we do not offer power washing. We do clean the floors just inside each entry, which often need extra attention after a long moving day.
It happens a lot. Call the office during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and we will look for a new date that works. The more notice you give, the more options we have, especially during the busy spring and summer moving season.
